Open Mind: recently the Prosecutor Giuliano Mignini told to the press that he never supposed the Meredith Kercher’s murder to be connected with Satanic Rituals … Probably he forgot what he stated during HIS case summary at the end of the first trial in front of the Judge Giancarlo Massei:

page 46 starting from line 12: “It should be emphasized that, in any case, for those pathologically addicted to the commission of sex and violence, it is not far-fetched to connect the project to the tradition of Halloween, because if it is true that the night between October 31 and November 1 was passed (and Meredith had spent with her friends and fellows), it is equally true that, at 9 pm circa of the first of November and for the next three hours, it was still the day of All Saints’ Day and what you do not was able to achieve on the eve night of Holiday of the Saints, could be realized in the night to pass from the last one to the “Holiday of the deads”. and pag 49 starting from line 17: “Moreover, the three, and especially Sollecito, were all addicted to the suggestions of erotic – mudering “culture”, which has previosly been discussed and that night it was still the day of the Holiday of Saints, “inheritor” of the Catholic Samhain Celtic New Year, with all the implications that have their central point in the Holiday eve, that is the night between October 31 and November 1.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_raw_js]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[/vc_raw_js][/vc_column][/vc_row]

  1. Raffaele, I believe you are innocent. I believe you and Amanda were home at your place when Meredith died. Around 8:30 pm that evening you had a friend stop by to tell you not to take her to the train station to pick up some luggage. This friend saw that you both were home for a quiet evening.

  2. Hi Raffaele. How are you doing as this case progresses? How is your sister? Has she been reinstated to the carbannia? Would she like to be?

  3. Hi Raffaele, I’ve read all of the books pertaining to this trail, and yours was by far my favourite. It was written so intelligently with so much emotion, I felt like I was living through it too. I can’t even imagine what that must have been like for you. You are a truly classy, educated man with dignity and true courage.

Stay strong, and my prayers are with you always.

  4. HI Raffaele
I saw your recent photos to promote your new book and I am looking forward very much to buying it. This guy and his satanic orgies etc… Minini – My theory on him is that he watches too much porn, and is especially addicted to those vile co-ed sites about American students. I think you were an unfortunate victim of Mignini’s own porn addictions.

Anyway, I imagine your life is far from free as this will all take a very long time to recover from; if ‘recover’ is even the right word. You have been robbed of so much and I only hope that you can use every aspect of what has been taken from you to gain it back. Don’t listen to one word from anyone who says you are profiting from someone else’s tragedy, because you are not. It became your tragedy too, and there will never ever be enough money that you could be paid for being falsely accused.

You have acted with extreme restraint and dignity, as has your family. Myself- I think I would have yelled out in anger many times by now, and hit a few people over the head. There is a saying that God gives things to those who can deal with them. I don’t think I could have dealt with this the way you have, and now it is your chance – as you say – to make a life as someone known outside of this tragedy. But if your fame via this tragedy helps you at all; then you should take all of it and not feel any guilt whatsoever. None.

Make the world your oyster and use whatever it takes, because anyone with eyes and a brain can see that you only act with goodness and kindness. Not all of the world is like you, and you have learnt this in the hardest of ways. So, if now taking some of the harsher lessons gives you greater success; if anyone wants to interview you for your own success in the rest of your life – because of this – then you should use it as much as you can to pursue your new found goals.

I know you are a good Catholic boy, but trust me. there is no place for guilt. You don’t need to EVER feel guilt. It is a wasted emotion, so go for it with all you can!
